STRUCTURAL & DYNAMIC ANALYSES AND SIMULATION OF MOBILE TRANSPORTATION ROBOT

In this study, structural and dynamic analyses were applied to the mobile transportation robot find strength calculate power torque requirements. The was designed using CAD software as two modules; mecanum wheeled locomotion module robotic arm module, respectively. carried on CAE Software static rigid body dynamics tools. analysis, weight of additional load (98.1 N) robot. material selected Aluminum 6061 O sheet metal. operation environment conditions simulated in software. analysis results showed that factor safety value obtained 10.282 under loads indicates chassis is supposed carry reaching up 30 kg without any functional mechanical problem. Furthermore, from total requirement about 16.56 Nm.
